What a background in business psychology and the management of purpose-driven organisations, Lee became increasingly interested in the role data and research can play in helping organisations to learn what works and to manage the performance of what is working effectively. This led to Lee’s passion for supporting organisations to make effective use of their data alongside his fascination with solving complex problems.

Lee is an experienced senior leader, consultant and developer with over a decade of experience in providing consulting services and working as a senior manager in purpose-driven organisations. He has spent his career so far helping organisations to measure and understand hard-to-measure constructs. This has often looked like supporting organisations in their social impact measurement and performance management, both helping clients clarify what they need to measure and interpret what that data is telling them.

Lee is a Member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS), general member of the Division of Occupational Psychology (DOP), general member of the Division of Neuropsychology (DoN) and a Test User Occupational: Ability & Personality (TUOA & TUOP) as well as a Level 2 EuroTest User Certificate accredited by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA) and the BPS. He is also a trained coach and action learning facilitator as well as a Professional Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management (MInstLM). He is a Microsoft certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
